About the Role
This position is focused on assisting with the design, deployment, validation, and implementation of scalable solutions within infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security. The Infrastructure Consultant will be the expert on maintenance and upgrade of infrastructure including servers, email delivery systems, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, deployment, validation, and implementation of scalable solutions within infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security.
- Maintain and upgrade infrastructure including servers, email delivery systems, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems in accordance with best practices and established processes.
Requirements
- Experience with the Microsoft Stack
- Experience with Office 365 – MCSA Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016/Office 365
- Experience with Citrix Technologies
- Experience with Meraki & CISCO
- Virtualization Experience - VMware Technologies & CITRIX
- Experience managing on-premises and hosted data center environments
- Experience in Infrastructure and Operations services
- Experience in Enterprise Cloud Migration and Transformation
- Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Economics and Optimization
- Experience with a Managed Cloud service supporting AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Previous experience with managed service providers, operational management, and ongoing continuous improvement preferred
