Responsibilities
- You build your own communities and actively shape the careers of candidates and teams of your clients.
- You are passionate about our clients and result-oriented, seeking the best subject matter experts for their current requirements.
- You manage your projects self-organized and independently – after a short check-in with your team lead, you start your day.
- You strive for the best outcome for all parties – fair, sustainable, and professional.
- You are interested in business processes, company developments, and technical contexts to speak with clients at eye level.
- You receive uncapped commissions – so you can fulfill your private goals and dreams.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for technologies, processes, and people – ideally in the environment of DevOps, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure.
- Initial experience in sales, recruiting, or consulting, or the clear intention to start there.
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken.
- Enjoyment of social media, networking, and storytelling – especially on LinkedIn and Xing.
