About the Company

  • At Step Up, we believe girls deserve to define and pursue success on their terms. By bringing girls together in inspired spaces – on and offline – we spark exploration and discussion of what’s possible. With structured support and access to a strong community, we guide girls towards their unique goals: first, by identifying those goals and then, building the roadmap to get there. Step Up participants are high school girls and those who identify with girlhood and young women and those who identify with womanhood (ages 14-29), who are facing systemic barriers.
  • At Step Up, we intentionally cultivate a culture of authenticity, excellence and inclusion. We are a remote-first team working across our anchor cities, and we stay closely connected through cameras-on collaboration, shared learning and a weekly team bulletin that celebrates our wins. Our values guide how we work with each other and with the girls and young women we serve.
  • We’re committed to continuous learning at every level, through weekly coaching with your manager, a professional learning community and regular reflection on your goals and growth.

Equal Opportunity

  • Step Up is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We encourage talented individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
