Requirements
- Property management experience (LIHTC Experience & Lease Up Experience)
- 1 Year Experience as Community/Property Manager
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
