About the Role
We are looking for engineers who can own entire products, scoping, designing, and building them end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design, care deeply about product aesthetics and behavior, and enjoy working directly with customers to understand pain points and develop solutions. A detail-oriented approach is crucial for maintaining high craft standards and delivering complex, scalable features.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual quality of Conversion's product, from typography and spacing to interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
- Translate the complexity of a marketing platform into intuitive, elegant experiences.
- Own the entire process from exploring design concepts and prototyping interactions to shipping production-ready React interfaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience shipping high-quality product experiences.
- Startup mindset with a desire for early ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Ability to translate design ideas into polished, responsive, production-ready experiences.
- Capacity to take ambiguous product requirements and independently explore and prototype thoughtful UX solutions.
