About the Role
NEUPLANER is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the German market. We are acquiring established regional tax and auditing firms and consolidating them into a central group. Our team, with backgrounds from Blackstone, Bain, KPMG, PwC, Kontist, and Klarna, combines entrepreneurial spirit with technological excellence. We are seeking support to build our HR department, both at the holding level and within our firms. You will help shape how a growing group attracts and develops talent, working closely with local teams.
Responsibilities
- Co-design group-wide talent strategies for the holding company and all subsidiaries.
- Assist in conceptualizing and building recruiting funnels, covering all channels from job posting to hiring.
- Participate in establishing standardized recruiting and HR processes across the group.
- Support operational HR matters at both the holding and firm levels.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to HR or recruiting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Structured, reliable, and communicative work style.
- Experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus.
- Interest in SEO, GEO, and process optimization is a plus.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
