About the Role
Join NEUPLANER, a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the German market. We are consolidating established regional tax and auditing firms into a central group. Our team, comprised of professionals from Blackstone, Bain, KPMG, PwC, Kontist, and Klarna, combines entrepreneurial spirit with technological excellence. We are seeking support for our Group Finance department, covering everything from daily accounting to planning, controlling, and board/investor reporting. You will help shape the finance organization of a growing group from the ground up, with your insights guiding management and investors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing, developing, and executing finance processes within the group holding company.
- Support the holding company's daily accounting to ensure a reliable basis for reporting and controlling.
- Prepare reports and documentation for the board and investors.
- Define innovative processes and develop AI-driven automations.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master's degree in business, technical, or a related field, or nearing Bachelor's completion with excellent grades.
- Previous practical experience in corporate finance, accounting, controlling, auditing, or similar areas.
- Independent and structured work style, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a commitment to continuous development.
