We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, ROI, and investment allocations for your teams’ product ownership areas.
- Partner closely with your Product Managers who refine and execute product strategy across their scrum teams to deliver high impact solutions.
- Partner closely with the Head of Product to ensure portfolio-level product strategy is in alignment with broader Business Unit product strategy.
- Own the product lifecycle for user-facing applications supporting clinical oncology workflows from concept through launch and iteration, involving complex, cross-team projects.
- Coach your team through the product lifecycle process, as they lead the design, development, and rollout of data-driven products that streamline clinical operations, and reinforce safe, high-quality care delivery.
- Evaluate, prototype, and deliver new capabilities, integrating AI into intelligent workflows to reduce cognitive burden and improve clinical efficiency.
- Establish platform level capabilities that allow for efficient integration of AI at scale.
- Translate complex clinical context, technical constraints, and business goals into clear product requirements.
- Make strategic tradeoffs at the portfolio level to deliver safe and delightful solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our roadmap and present to senior leadership at external customer partners.
- Effectively communicate your product vision, strategy, and roadmap to diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external customers, vendor partners.
- Establish clear KPIs for clinical workflow efficiency, usability, and product adoption.
- Hold your cross-functional organization accountable to measurable patient and business outcomes.
- Grow and develop your team of Product Managers through thoughtful coaching and management strategies.
- Contribute to broader product team culture and craft.
Requirements

- 3+ years of people management experience, who delegates, aligns, and holds team members accountable for results in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to unstructured, rapidly evolving challenges for both your team and stakeholders.
- Strong project and financial management skills.
- Ability to move fluidly between technical capabilities, partner needs, user experience, and the ability to go deep into the details.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, such as with technical experts, clinicians, operations, and regulatory professionals.
- Customer-centric B2B/Enterprise mindset with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product strategy.
- Rigorous organizational, analytical and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interpret data insights, navigate tradeoffs, and manage execution across competing priorities with high autonomy.
- Strong technical curiosity and aptitude for AI/ML capabilities.
- Drive to evaluate, scope, and identify where AI can solve complex data and workflow challenges.
