Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
- Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with, and manage the team for effective performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems impacting multiple teams.
- Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative approaches.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development.
- Utilize SQL and Python to engineer data pipelines and conduct analysis.
- Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to track campaign KPIs.
- Perform analyses on large datasets to understand drivers of marketing engagement.
- Project manage the end-to-end process of analytics tooling feature development.
- Interface and consult with marketers, analysts, and partners to understand their needs.
- Interface with other data engineering, product, and data science teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Advance proficiency with Python, SQL, Data Pipelines and Data Processing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
