About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of LVT’s market positioning. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation and sharp storytelling. You will translate complex AI-driven hardware and software capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate from the C-suite to the field. You’ll help shape our positioning, contribute to our pricing strategy, and serve as a vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LVT’s core messaging and executive-level content, including presentations and keynote materials, that position LVT as a leader in intelligent site technology.
- Own research and analysis for pricing and packaging recommendations that reflect our value delivery and support market share growth, partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership on decisions.
- Build strong relationships with Sales and deliver the battlecards, talk tracks, and market insights needed to win complex, high-stakes deals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
- Serve as the “voice of the market” to Product teams, ensuring development priorities reflect customer pain points and the needs of economic buyers.
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and major releases, from positioning through enablement.
- Share best practices, raise the quality bar through peer feedback, and help build repeatable processes and collateral.
- Spot gaps and “fix what is broken,” creating new processes or collateral where none exist.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments.
- Gifted storyteller who is comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and large audiences, and who can simplify the complex.
- Understands that Product Marketing exists to fuel revenue and has a track record of influencing sales teams through data and narrative.
- Fascinated by how things work, from hardware sensors to Agentic AI, and enjoys translating that tech into business value.
- Hands-on experience with pricing, packaging, and market segmentation.
- Energized by ambiguity and by building the processes and assets that make the team better.
- Works well across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and can lead initiatives through influence rather than authority.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screening and background check upon employment.
- Some roles may also require passing a federal background check and fingerprinting.
