Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, and diagnostic repairs.
- Use BMW diagnostic equipment and repair procedures to resolve vehicle concerns.
- Complete repair orders while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and management.
- Stay current on BMW technologies, repair procedures, and manufacturer training.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous automotive technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience with other manufacturers will be considered.
- Technical competency and troubleshooting abilities.
- Pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and quality-focused work.
- Ownership of assigned responsibilities and commitments.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
