Responsibilities

  • Drive projects and special initiatives, including cross-functional initiatives for curtains growth, new product launches, and process improvements.
  • Own special projects such as market analysis, pricing, operating model design, and new channel exploration.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable plans.
  • Launch and scale pilot programs by developing operational plans covering scope, process, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners and service providers, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, E-commerce, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Track pilot performance against KPIs like conversion, attach rate, customer satisfaction, cost to serve, and margin impact.
  • Recommend pilot scaling, adjustment, or termination based on data analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards for category performance reporting (sales, margin, conversion, returns, inventory, service metrics).
  • Develop core KPIs for the curtains business and ensure data reliability.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare business reviews and planning materials for leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, retail, or home goods is preferred.
  • Experience in custom businesses (custom window treatments or made-to-measure products) is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time.
  • Experience launching or running a pilot, a new service, or an operational process is highly valued.
  • Experience managing external partners is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Proven ability to build reporting from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a desire to build within a growing company.
  • Appreciation for design, quality, and craftsmanship, with a genuine interest in the home.
