You’ll thrive in this role if you are entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track, record and update sales activities into the appropriate tool(s) and systems accurately.
  • Process valid transactions, complete all related documentation on time and obtain authorization as required.
  • Maintain and ensure client confidentiality at all times to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Opening or closing the kiosk at the start or end of business hours may be required.
  • Promote and demonstrate the use of digital banking options by introducing the client to alternative ways to bank and describe the benefits by assisting the client in using digital options such as Mobile or Online banking.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry.
