About the Role
The Onboarding Operations team ensures restaurant and retail partners have a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt expands, the team's capacity must grow to match.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with various teams within the organisation to coordinate a seamless merchant onboarding and service experience
- Inform partners about processes and procedures via form, email and phone, mostly in German language
- Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt software
- Learn, master and improve our systems, tools and processes
Requirements
- Positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Problem solver - enjoys identifying problems and developing creative approaches to solving challenges
- Customer-centric mentality and able to work with people of different technical levels
- Multiple years of experience in sales, support, operations or account management
- Able to set goals and achieve them
- Organised, meticulous and have impeccable communication skills
- Works well in independent and diverse team environments
- Ready for a challenge and comfortable as a team player
- Analytical as well as critical thinking skills
