- Partner with Sales Effectiveness, Learning, and RVPs to activate and continuously amplify coaching frameworks, business-planning disciplines, and leader routines.
- Set strategic priorities for Advisor Support and field activation resources, leveraging performance data, advisor productivity metrics, member insights, and business results to optimize resource allocation, inform investment decisions, and drive sustainable growth outcomes.
- Set the strategic narrative and communication approach for key Wealth priorities, ensuring leaders and advisors understand the business rationale, expected behaviors, implementation requirements, and measures of success.
- Establish clear ownership, response expectations, and reporting mechanisms for issues raised through advisor listening channels, ensuring important themes result in visible decisions, actions, or escalation.
- Govern the Wealth communication calendar, channel mix, field memos, newsletters, calls, town halls, and sales meetings.
- Lead Wealth Advisor Council governance and convert field feedback into accountable actions and escalations.
- Establish and oversee enterprise measurements for adoption, engagement, communication effectiveness, leadership readiness, and recurring friction, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies that accelerate business results and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead advisor-facing governance through the Wealth Operating Council and manage assigned teams with clear priorities and performance expectations.
- Lead and develop a team of specialized professionals and leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
