Maintain campaign trackers for creators, contracts, briefs, content, approvals, and posting.
Keep campaign documentation and folders organized across multiple influencer campaigns and markets.
Monitor milestones and deliverable stages, flagging overdue items or delays.
Confirm creators have correct briefs/assets and follow up on missing materials.
Log all creator communications and outstanding items.
Perform first-pass reviews of scripts and videos against brief requirements.
Verify revisions were properly incorporated into content.
Maintain a master timeline for campaign launches.
Confirm creators are launch-ready and verify live posts match requirements.
Organize links and screenshots of live content for campaign reporting.
Monitor comments and engagement on campaign posts.
Respond to routine comments on-brand and escalate sensitive issues.
Track audience sentiment, FAQs, and trends from community activity.
Keep localized briefs, assets, and creators organized.
Route content through proper approvals and flag version-control issues.
Provide clear updates on task status, document meeting action items, and track owners/deadlines.

Requirements
