About the Role
Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is seeking a Finance Co-op student for the Winter 2027 term to support financial planning, analysis, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of CPG best practices and streamline financial processes.
- Extract and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries, providing clear explanations and insights into financial data.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a student in a finance/accounting co-operative program at an accredited university.
- Must plan to return to school after the assignment.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
