About the Role
Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is seeking a Co-op student for the Winter 2027 term to support the Accounts Payable team. This role offers practical experience in accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in matching Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP.
- Assist with matching 3rd party co-pack invoices, labor and packaging invoices in SAP.
- Assist with processing indirect expenses in Basware.
- Handle a small AP portfolio, including statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging team.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited university finance/accounting co-operative program or graduated within the last 6 months.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Familiarity with transacting in foreign currencies.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and collaborate to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
