About the Role
Drive modern, fully equipped mobile service vehicles as part of a growing and innovative service operation. This role offers opportunities for career growth and BMW training, along with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer locations.
- Operate and maintain company-provided mobile service vehicles and equipment.
- Use AGA clean oil systems to perform efficient and environmentally responsible services.
- Resolve basic vehicle concerns independently in the field.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle needs, service recommendations, and completed repairs.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed following BMW standards.
- Document repairs, inspections, and customer interactions.
- Represent the San Francisco BMW brand positively.
Requirements
- 1+ year of previous automotive technician experience.
- Proficiency in conducting basic repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections independently.
- Experience identifying mechanical concerns and completing repairs.
- Experience providing professional customer service and communicating with customers and team members.
- Expertise managing a daily route while maintaining productivity and service quality.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and service documentation systems.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- 18 years or older required.

- Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
