About the Role
You'll run IT operations end to end, covering identity, endpoints, SaaS and business systems, and onboarding and offboarding. You'll be the first technical point of contact for IT at 7AI. You'll also partner closely with the security team to keep a fast-moving, technical company productive and well governed as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Administer Okta for business applications, including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and access provisioning across various platforms.
- Automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes by replacing manual runbooks with code.
- Manage day-to-day administration of SaaS and business systems, including configuration, integrations, and user/license management.
- Oversee the Jamf-administered macOS fleet, including provisioning, software allowlisting, patching, and endpoint operations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the SaaS estate, integrate apps with SSO/SCIM, and manage accounts, licenses, and API tokens.
- Partner with Finance and system owners on SaaS licensing, renewals, and rationalization.
- Support the security team's phishing-awareness program, audit evidence collection, and corporate detection tuning.
- Serve as the first responder for IT issues, setting SLAs and scaling the function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT engineering experience at a fast-growing technology company.
- Deep Okta administration expertise, including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and workflows.
- Jamf Pro and macOS endpoint management fluency.
- Proven track record of automating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience administering a broad SaaS estate.
- Comfort supporting business-critical systems owned by other teams.
- Ability to handle incidents, executive requests, and fleet rollouts efficiently.
