About the Role
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, and AC/DC inverters to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations. The role involves maintaining tools, shops, vehicles, and work locations, performing inspections, and providing electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting for solar arrays and inverters. The employee will also support teammates in nearby states and maintain reliability, operations, and maintenance for assigned sites.

- Safety and Environmental program stewardship
- Supervisory duties of NEE employees and contractors
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs

- Heavy equipment operation
- Regulatory compliance
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
