About the Role
When you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and other preventive maintenance services.

Requirements
- Ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
