  • 3–5 years of electrical / electro-mechanical system design experience
  • AutoCAD Electrical proficiency (basic to proficient)
  • Integration experience with DC drives, VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, and PC-based control systems
  • Control programming knowledge — RSLogix, VB, or other scripting languages; Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs; Copley motor drives
  • CANbus knowledge; pneumatic actuator control and relay logic
  • Machine guarding systems and power distribution knowledge; CE/UL or similar regulatory standards
  • Test equipment experience (multimeters, oscilloscopes); ability to read electrical diagrams; established electrical safety practices
  • BOM generation experience in an MRP or ERP system
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test; clean, valid driver's license
  • Able to lift/stage materials up to 50 lbs; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Robotics programming (a big plus — training course provided if needed)
  • Panel wiring and electro-mechanical component integration experience
  • Component-level electrical troubleshooting
  • High-voltage power experience (>1kW)
