About the Role
As a Technical Writer Intern on the Developer Experience (DevX) team, you will write, test, and ship documentation used by thousands of developers. You will be paired with a mentor and own projects end-to-end, from scoping through launch, with real users and metrics. This is a hands-on, technical role where you will run code, call APIs, and contribute to the docs repository.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, accurate guides, tutorials, and reference content for Together AI's inference, fine-tuning, and GPU cluster products.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand and explain new features.
- Utilize AI tools in daily workflows and contribute to improving their use for drafting, review, and publishing.
- Test all documented features by running code and report issues with the product or documentation.
- Participate in a docs-as-code workflow including Git, pull requests, code review, and Mintlify.
- Contribute to release notes and changelog entries for new features.
- Analyze page analytics, search data, and developer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, graduating December 2027 or later.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex technical concepts.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred).
- Comfort with Git source control.
- Curiosity about developer learning processes and the impact of AI on them.
