About the Role

The position offers a front-row view of Alloy's pricing, packaging, and contracting processes, with significant opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and review quotes from Salesforce CPQ through the Ironclad workflow, ensuring accuracy of products, pricing, terms, and opportunity setup.
  • Manage the Ironclad approval queue alongside Legal and Accounting, reviewing order forms against standard terms and flagging non-standard items.
  • Triage incoming requests in Deal Desk, Ironclad, and Rev Ops Help queues, confirming necessary context, and routing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform first-pass pricing using the pricing calculator and guidelines.
  • Partner with Systems and Salesforce admins to enhance CPQ and quoting workflows, including documenting requirements, testing changes, and updating guides.
  • Review closed-won contracts for booking accuracy (ACV, CARR, term, billing frequency, uplifts) and maintain the bookings tracker.
  • Generate weekly reports on deals in progress, request volume, turnaround time, and discount/approval trends.
  • Assist in maintaining CPQ, Ironclad, and Deal Desk processes, and develop documentation (CPQ Handbook) from frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a similar analytical role supporting a sales team.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with opportunities, quotes, and reports.
  • Salesforce CPQ (or similar) experience.
  • Interest in automating manual deal desk work.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
