About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create layouts for various print and digital projects, including out-of-home, point-of-sale, and social media.
- Collaborate with a team that values quality, craftsmanship, respect, curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience with print and digital production.
- Keen interest in working with digital automation, motion graphics, and web banner animation.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Experience with fast turnarounds.
- Advanced experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, operating at above average speed.
- Agency experience in studio workflow and process.
- Well versed in Celtra and Figma, with experience in AI automation.
- An interest in learning motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.
- An interest in creating HTML banners using Google Web Designer.
- Experience getting briefs and proactively completing projects with little supervision.
- An affinity for organization, efficiency, and problem solving.
- Completion of a Design or Art program.
- Typography training is a plus.
- Retouching experience is a plus.
