About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager on our unified litigation platform team, you will own major areas of the product as it moves from pilot to general availability. You will work directly with litigators at pilot firms, turn what you learn into clear priorities, and partner with Engineering, AI, and Design to ship products that litigators rely on during live matters. This is a broad role with real ownership, shaping a meaningful part of the product with direct visibility to product leadership and users.
Responsibilities
- Own major areas of the product, taking roadmap areas from discovery through launch and iteration with clear success metrics.
- Translate litigation workflows into product priorities by understanding how users prepare motions, depositions, hearings, and trial.
- Drive capabilities that make the product indispensable for daily case work, including integrations, collaboration, speed, and auditability.
- Shape how the platform supports drafting, case strategy, and trial preparation.
- Partner with Engineering, AI, Design, Commercial Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to plan, build, and launch.
- Guide and influence engineering teams to build products that delight litigators.
- Use customer feedback, usage data, and quality metrics to make and explain prioritization tradeoffs.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including direct experience defining and shipping software products.
- Proven ability to run complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution, measuring success on outcomes.
- Technical fluency to understand how AI-powered products are built, evaluated, and operated, enabling sound tradeoffs with Engineering and AI teams.
- Ability to quickly learn complex professional workflows and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Comfortable holding strategy conversations with executives and working through operational details.
- Clear communication skills adaptable to customer, product, and technical audiences.
- Sound judgment in commercially sensitive situations and understanding of discretion.
- High ownership, moving quickly, taking outcomes personally, and not being stalled by ambiguity.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not provided.
