About the Role

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will own product strategy and direction across dot.cards. You will shape the vision with the founder and leadership team, identify our most valuable opportunities, and turn them into focused products and clear priorities. This role combines company-level strategy with hands-on product work. You will build and lead the product organization while staying close to customers, user flows, and difficult product tradeoffs. Strong systems thinking is essential: understanding how customer journeys, product capabilities, and business models fit together, and building a platform where each product strengthens the whole.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision and strategy, defining the long-term direction and roadmap across consumer platform, subscriptions, dot.teams, and connected product experiences.
  • Decide where to invest, prioritize, and stop product development.
  • Understand product dependencies, shape capabilities into focused experiences, and anticipate the broader effects of product decisions.
  • Enhance the consumer journey from purchase and activation to sharing, capturing contacts, and following up.
  • Partner with Growth on onboarding, packaging, pricing, and experimentation to improve engagement, paid conversion, and retention.
  • Balance employee and administrator needs for dot.teams, building intuitive workflows, integrations, and capabilities.
  • Identify meaningful problems through customer discovery, interviews, observation, behavioral data, and input from Sales and Support.
  • Validate new ideas and lead products from exploration through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to translate strategy into shipped products.
  • Set a high bar for usability, reliability, and polish, and own customer and business outcomes after launch.
  • Hire and develop strong product talent, establishing clear ownership and decision-making.
  • Bring an independent product perspective to the CEO partnership and align teams around clear tradeoffs and measurable goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product experience, including substantial leadership responsibility for a product organization, multiple teams, or a significant product portfolio.
  • Deep experience building and scaling consumer mobile or web products, with examples of thoughtful product decisions that materially improved the customer experience.
  • Strong systems thinking: connect customer needs, product capabilities, and business economics, identify dependencies, recognize patterns across use cases, and make decisions that strengthen the broader platform.
  • Track record of owning strategy and outcomes across multiple products or a platform serving different customer groups.
  • Meaningful experience with B2B SaaS or business software, balancing simple individual experiences with complex organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated success improving activation, engagement, conversion, retention, or expansion, and ability to explain the decisions behind those results.
  • Strong customer discovery, design judgment, and analytical skills, combining customer insight, data, and commercial judgment when the answer is unclear.
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering on platform choices, integrations, dependencies, and product tradeoffs.
  • Experience hiring and developing product talent with a hands-on approach suited to a growing, founder-led company.
  • Clear communication, independent judgment, and ability to challenge assumptions constructively while building trust.
