About the Role
This job posting reflects a new vacancy within the organization. The position is active and intended to be filled as part of our current staffing needs. We're looking for a highly passionate and customer-focused Business Trainee to join our growth-oriented team and contribute to the company's success through buying and selling metal products. You will work both in individual and team capacity to build sustainable businesses by developing long-term mutually beneficial trading partnerships. Successful candidates will be hired on as a Business Trainee and will actively participate in a structured hands-on training program to develop an in-depth understanding of the metal trading industry. Trainees will receive practical exposure to trading operations, customer development, and commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company's success through buying and selling metal products.
- Build sustainable businesses by developing long-term mutually beneficial trading partnerships.
- Actively participate in a structured hands-on training program.
- Gain practical exposure to trading operations, customer development, and commercial decision-making.
Requirements
- Upcoming or recent graduate.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited by the challenge of sales.
- Go-getters with a background in business, sales, entrepreneurship, or competitive sports.
- Experience in commission-based roles, door-to-door sales, or high-level athletics is a plus.
- Must have a valid G license.
- High energy with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Driven by a strong ambition to succeed and take ownership of your career.
- A problem solver who is eager to learn and is filled with curiosity.
