Responsibilities
- Manage the central billing inbox—reviewing, replying, routing, and handling daily vendor inquiries.

- Assist with vendor onboarding to make sure all details are verified and logged accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system integration errors to keep our financial data synchronized.
- Use technology—including AI—as a tool, not a goal: Use technology thoughtfully and strategically, selecting the right solution for each problem.
- Be the go-to resource for internal platform support and user guidance.

- Skilled communicator and natural collaborator who can guide cross-functional decision-making.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, naturally curious and proactive self-starter, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
- An owner, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, thrive as a self-starter and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to absorb and distill complexity into simple terms to drive decision making.
