  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong editorial voice and an eye for fashion storytelling.
  • Deep knowledge of fashion, shopping, beauty, retail, celebrity style, and the digital fashion landscape.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate commerce, SEO, social media, and audience development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify products, trends, and cultural moments that resonate with audiences.
  • Comfortable using data and performance metrics to inform editorial decisions.
  • Strong product-curation skills balancing commercial needs with editorial judgment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with editors, freelancers, commerce teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, content management systems, social publishing tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
