  • Serve as a strategic leader within the group by monitoring client needs, industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging best practices and translating those insights into opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party organizations and vendors that can expand and strengthen Hearst’s integrated marketing capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing, account strategy, branded content, media, advertising, or a related field, with experience spanning both strategic development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling integrated marketing programs across multiple channels and translate ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills, with the resourcefulness to turn client and market insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, including strong copywriting abilities and confidence influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate change, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the curiosity, drive, and follow-through to move ideas from concept to completion.
