About the Role
As a Client Solutions Director in the Management Resources practice, you will focus on cultivating project and business consulting opportunities within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems and transformation. This role is for self-confident, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
- Develop enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Half’s suite of offerings for complex client initiatives requiring senior-level professionals.
- Research trends in hiring, the labor market, and the competitor landscape.
- Deliver and analyze marketplace insights and industry trends to clients to become a trusted business advisor.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong relationship development and persuasive skills at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system is a plus.
- Public/industry accounting/finance or professional services experience is a plus.
