  • Prepare monthly and quarterly cash collection and billing forecasts for agreed partners.
  • Support the firm’s key client program by acting as a central point of contact for billing and collection matters, providing regular reporting, and ensuring global fee arrangements are correctly implemented.
  • Work with PAs, Revenue Assistants, and the operations team in Manila to ensure timely handling of billing matters.
  • Maintain continuous open dialogue with partners and clients.
  • Consult with managers/billing partners regarding variations to standard terms, discounts, and rate amendments.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting and projects for clients, partners, and management.
  • Assist with compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, particularly regarding earmarking of funds and residual balances.
  • Ensure VAT and other local taxes are correctly reflected and accounted for.
  • Monitor matters to ensure correct task codes, consistent rates, timely flagging of estimate overruns, availability of WIP updates, prompt identification and correction of discrepancies, timely recording of time by fee earners, and timely raising of interim or final invoices.
  • Ensure prompt actioning of write-offs, time transfers, and rate adjustments.
  • Assist with the review of aged WIP, preparing summary reports for review and processing write-offs.
  • Ensure internal systems are updated with the latest WIP and AR information and that required tasks are diarized and followed up.
  • Review unallocated cash and BOAs and ensure timely allocation.
  • Work on other matters or projects as assigned.
