About the Role

We are building marketing teams around top performers and looking for individuals with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments to transition into a long-term career. This entry-level position offers training to develop top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.

Responsibilities

Representing and presenting our clients’ marketing campaigns
Building relationships with customers and clients
Tracking team KPIs and reporting results
Managing client site relationships
Participating in networking events and presentations
Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
Strong team player with a competitive mindset
Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Local or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Local candidates available for in-person interviews preferred
