About the Role
RAM Partners is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid and organic digital performance across its multifamily property portfolio. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and paid media campaigns, drives SEO performance, and serves as a key point of client communication, translating campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies applying (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) to drive leasing performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns across a large, multi-property portfolio, optimizing for lead volume, cost-per-lead, and lease conversion.
- Own SEO strategy and execution — technical audits, on-page optimization, local/GBP management, and content recommendations — to grow organic visibility and traffic for property websites.
- Implement strategies and updates to improve AI search visibility for community websites.
- Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution.
- Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend budget and strategy adjustments.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting cadences that communicate ROI and leasing impact clearly to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary digital marketing point of contact for ownership clients and external partners/vendors, translating marketing data into business recommendations.
- Manage paid media and SEO budgets across the portfolio, ensuring efficient spend allocation and pacing against occupancy and leasing goals.
- Partner with the creative and content teams to align paid, organic, and website strategy with brand and messaging standards.
- Stay current on Google Ads, SEO, and multifamily marketing platform changes and proactively adjust strategy.
- Support UTM governance, tracking hygiene, and attribution accuracy across campaigns to ensure clean, reliable reporting.
- Mentor and collaborate with digital marketing specialists and analysts on the broader marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid media campaigns, ideally at scale across multiple locations or accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — technical, on-page, and local SEO — and experience improving organic search performance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into clear, client-ready communication and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting data and strategy to non-marketing stakeholders.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Multifamily, real estate, or other multi-location/franchise marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
