About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a new, high-priority consumer product from concept through launch and growth. You will define the user experience, operate in rapid build-measure-learn cycles, and be responsible for product volume and revenue. You will collaborate daily with product, operations, and commercial teams across the organization, including marketplace, app, buyer/seller product teams, financing, closing specialists, CRM, and ancillary services.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 0-1 launch and scale of a new product from concept through launch and scale, managing the full customer journey.
  • Run short cycles of build, release, measure, and iterate, prioritizing shipping and learning.
  • Map the customer journey and determine when the experience should be self-serve, AI-assisted, or human-handled.
  • Design the experience to be reusable and extensible across multiple web and mobile surfaces.
  • Set product vision, prioritize quarterly objectives, and define key results in collaboration with the GM of C2C.
  • Translate company objectives into opportunities and solutions using an Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) and maintain its currency.
  • Make and communicate clear tradeoffs across competing demands from partner teams.
  • Conduct discovery, user research, and validation for significant opportunities and solutions.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, forming hypotheses, defining success metrics, and acting on results.
  • Collaborate closely with Design to ensure research and data inform the user experience.
  • Determine the appropriate integration of AI and agents within the customer flow, identifying where human judgment is necessary.
  • Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality measures for AI-driven steps in a high-trust experience.
  • Own the handoff points between product and operations or specialist teams, defining triggers, playbooks, tooling, SLAs, and feedback loops.
  • Utilize operational data to identify automation opportunities and reduce cost to serve.
  • Lead team ceremonies including planning, grooming, standups, retros, and demos.
  • Write clear, testable tickets and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the point of command for the squad, unblocking the team, making timely decisions, and maintaining visibility on scope, risk, and dependencies.
  • Communicate status, risks, and results clearly to leadership and partner teams.
  • Build and maintain quantitative models for funnel conversion, volume, revenue, and unit economics, with analyst support.
  • Translate data into testable hypotheses and business cases for investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Typically 6+ years in product management, including at least one 0-1 launch taken to scale.
  • Experience building payments, marketplace, or checkout-style products with meaningful volume.
  • Working knowledge of AI and agentic design, including understanding automation benefits, limitations, and building trust/fallback paths.
  • Operational process experience, including designing workflows with product-to-operations handoffs and specifying those handoffs.
  • Hands-on use of OST and continuous discovery, with a solid grounding in A/B testing, research, and validation.
  • Strong quantitative and financial skills, including comfort with building models, reading P&Ls, and defending forecasts.
  • Fluency in BI tools or willingness to work closely with an analyst.
  • Proven ability to run agile ceremonies and write clear tickets, specs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex tradeoffs to executives and engineers.
  • A fast-moving, collaborative style and a record of being a good teammate across functions.
  • Experience with high-consideration or high-value goods is a strong plus.
  • Experience with regulated or multi-party customer flows is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM-driven workflows is a plus.
  • Background in marine, powersports, or automotive businesses is a plus.
  • Experience with fraud, identity verification, and risk controls is a plus.
