About the Role
Attendi is building a one-stop solution for AI-driven administration in healthcare, including structured documentation, conversation summaries, and voice-driven workflows. Design is central to this vision, focusing on creating simple, fast, and safe user experiences for healthcare professionals, especially as the Attendi App is being certified as a medical device.
Responsibilities
- Translate user research into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for the Attendi App.
- Collaborate with the UX researcher to translate user insights into effective solutions.
- Visit care organizations to test designs with healthcare professionals and validate solutions.
- Design for safety in AI products by identifying and mitigating risks of misuse or over-reliance on AI output.
- Conduct usability studies for MDR certification, including simulations, observations, and A/B tests, and document findings.
- Work on both rapid feature development and careful, documented medical device track tasks.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and the compliance team to implement designs.
- Contribute to the maturation of the design system in Figma.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a UX or product designer in a product team, working in sprints.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving approach, and measurement of success.
- Native Dutch speaker to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
