About the Role
The Community Liaison will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community partners to establish Brighton/Suncrest Hospice as their preferred provider based on compassionate and high-quality patient and family care. This role is for self-starters who are confident, personable, and prefer not to be desk-bound.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory.
- Develop strategic plans to identify opportunities to increase market presence.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, referral sources, and competitors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare sales, particularly in home care and/or hospice.
- Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
