About the Role
Our 4-day Spring Insight Week program is designed for students graduating in 2029, who are interested in a career in investment banking. This program will provide exposure to life within a dynamic, diverse, and international firm.
Responsibilities
- Learn about the Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business and investment banking.
- Hear from senior business leaders about their roles and team development.
- Shadow junior Corporate Finance bankers to understand their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Attend practical technical and soft skills workshops.
- Showcase problem-solving abilities by presenting case studies to senior business leaders.
- Network and attend a social event with bankers.
Requirements
- Must be a student attending university in the UK.
- Must be graduating in 2029.
- Must be available for the entire program duration (April 5th-8th, 2027).
- Must upload an additional document answering specific questions alongside CV.
- Each answer in the additional document must be a maximum of 250 words.
- Applications close at 11:59pm BST on Sunday, 29th November.

- Some knowledge of or exposure to investment banking (academic or independent research).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
