About the Role
As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL, you will be an ambassador for the brand, creating unique client experiences and fostering lasting relationships. You will maximize sales opportunities while upholding CHANEL's high standards, leveraging your product knowledge and styling abilities to inspire clients and build brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge (RTW) and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities.
- Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement, and desire around the product and brand.
- Create a luxurious experience for all clients through providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Offer relevant after-sales care, including appropriate information regarding events and new collections.
- Successfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in a luxury environment/Fashion.
- RTW experience will be considered a strong asset.
- Passion for client experience, fashion, and luxury.
- Self-driven, positive, and independent.
- Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Living in or around Amsterdam.
- Full-time availability.
- Must be living and working in the Netherlands.
