About the Role
Inspire the next generation of beauty professionals by joining the fastest growing team of beauty visionaries as an Esthetics Educator or Esthetics Educator Intern with Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute- Austin.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation to students.
- Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods.
- Maintain clinic/classroom sanitation.
- Address student challenges.
- Participate in instructor meetings.
Requirements
- Cosmetology or Esthetics License Required- Instructors license not required.
- Aveda product knowledge/ experience preferred.
- Aveda experience preferred.
- 2-5+ years behind the chair.
- Strong presentation & communications skills.
- Experience training and coaching.
- Passionate about learning and teaching.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
