About the Role
As a technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm, intrusion alarm, video surveillance, communication, and access control systems. You will take on significant responsibility in realizing interesting projects where systems are implemented holistically.
Responsibilities
- Installation, programming, and commissioning of security technology systems with a focus on data center projects
- Conducting expert inspections
- Creating measurements and service reports
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (preferably with a specialization in telecommunications/communication technology or information and telecommunication systems)
- Experience in the assembly processing of security systems, including authority approvals, is desirable
- Knowledge of VDE, VdS, and DIN regulations is an advantage
- Sound IT/PC skills
- Very good English and good German language skills
- Customer orientation, teamwork, willingness to travel (usually no overnight stays required)
