About the Role
Join a dynamic, fast-paced architectural design team to prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp from schematic design through design development for various product types including single-family detached, attached townhomes, and age-targeted active adult homes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp from schematic design through design development.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in residential design, or an equivalent amount of related education and experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
