About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face at our welcome desk, greeting families, talking to parents, engaging with kids, and helping to facilitate our customers' experience through our programs. This is an ideal role for people who enjoy working with people in a fun, energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome parents and children as they arrive
- Create a positive, fun first impression of our brand
- Share information about our programs, camps, and memberships
- Answer questions and help families understand their options
- Hand out flyers and promotional materials
- Assist with sign-ups or lead capture at the desk
- Keep the front desk area organized and inviting
- Communicate with coaches and staff as needed
Requirements
- Comfortable starting conversations with parents and youth
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable with a passion for working with kids and families
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Available evenings and/or weekends
- Complete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying. Applications with both completed are reviewed first: Culture Index survey, Skills game assessment
