About the Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the K3 Law team and work on a wide range of lower / mid-market Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise).
Responsibilities
- Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions
- Supporting the team on disclosure and due diligence
- Drafting and reviewing a range of ancillary documents
- Conducting research for the team
- Supporting senior fee earners on deals
Requirements
- Ideally a strong background dealing with corporate matters gained from a regional, national or international law firm (but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong academics
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
