About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist on the RevOps & Martech team, you will adapt core GTM Operations team builds for each market and business unit's needs, ensuring systems run smoothly day-to-day. You will also drive tool migrations, focusing on user adoption and system connectivity. This role offers a chance to contribute to Fora's AI-native, warehouse-first stack and collaborate across functions, becoming the first point of contact for market and business unit system requests and evaluating them against the existing architecture. Within the first six months, you will develop a repeatable playbook and ongoing enablement documentation. You will gain AI fluency by applying AI tools to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Extend and localize the core stack (HubSpot, Hightouch, broader stack integrations) for International, Cruises, and future business lines.
  • Provide day-to-day support and break-fix for non-US markets and BUs across sales systems, marketing automation, routing, forms, Sales Hub, and SDR queues.
  • Make hands-on HubSpot changes for BU needs, such as properties, workflows, and configuration, and build funnel improvements that optimize the current system.
  • Drive lateral tool migrations across teams, owning adoption team by team through to completion.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for market and BU requests for access, migration, or a separate instance, and evaluate each against our warehouse-first, one-system-of-record architecture, in partnership with GTM Operations and RevOps.
  • Enable BU teams to build their own audiences, emails, and channels in Hightouch, and maintain always-on enablement documentation.
  • Inventory in-flight migrations and BU requests, and build a standard intake process and build a repeatable playbook.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or systems implementation.
  • Hands-on HubSpot/Salesforce experience making configuration changes (properties, workflows,)
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP such as Braze or Iterable.
  • Hands-on experience with Segment/Hightouch or another composable CDP tool.
  • Experience leading at least one tool migration or multi-team rollout end to end.
  • Experience writing enablement documentation or training for non-technical teams (playbooks, how-to guides).
