About the Role

DP World is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery. This role involves driving operational performance, coaching teams, and maintaining high service standards in a busy distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise outbound and dispatch operations, with flexibility to support goods-in, storage, picking, and packing activities.
Ensure the team consistently delivers against service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety across all operational activities.
Manage team performance, attendance, training, and employee relations.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to create a positive and high-performing working environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with operational teams, management, and key stakeholders.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate flexibility to support changing customer and business requirements.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar frontline leadership role.
Strong people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Ability to analyse operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of GDS and/or DCMS is highly advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage resources effectively.
Experience of managing warehouse transport is desirable.
A flexible approach to working hours, with availability to work 7.5-hour shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm to meet business needs.
