About the Role
Bridgewater is seeking talented individuals for Investment Associate roles. These associates are responsible for generating macro and market insights, building investment systems, and overseeing portfolios. The internship offers meaningful exposure to a fundamental and systematic investment process, with interns working on real projects and receiving world-class training.
Responsibilities
- Generate macro and market insights.
- Build investment systems.
- Oversee portfolios.
- Form macroeconomic and market views.
- Participate in a live trading game and trade pitch workshop.
- Discuss market views directly with senior investors.
- Receive live feedback and coaching.
Requirements
- Must be interested in and apply to the Summer 2028 Investment Internship to be considered for the Macro Investing Immersion event.
- Eligible to work in the United States for a minimum of 3 years from the candidate’s start date.
- H-1B visa sponsorship and support for post-graduation optional practical training is available only to candidates with a degree in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.
- Must have the necessary documentation to travel to the U.S. (i.e., passport or visa).
