About the Role
Join our Bright Flex / Bank team as a flexible working practitioner, blending the convenience of bank work with the security and benefits of employment. You will work as part of a team to care for babies and children up to age 5, engaging them in interactive play, reading, and activities to foster curious minds and support their development towards key milestones.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5.
- Engage children in adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities.
- Support colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.
- Adhere to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Requirements
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
